EARTH

EARTH

Earth is the third planet from the Sun, and the fifth-largest of the eight planets in the Solar System. It is also the largest, most massive, and densest of the Solar System's four terrestrial planets. It is sometimes referred to as the World, the Blue Planet
Some to millions of species, including humans, Earth is the only place in the Universe where life is known to exist. The planet formed 4.54 billion years ago,and life appeared on its surface within a billion years. Since then, Earth's biosphere has significantly altered the atmosphere and other abiotic conditions on the planet, enabling the proliferation of aerobic organisms as well as the formation of the ozone layer which, together with Earth's magnetic field, blocks harmful radiation, permitting life on land. The physical properties of the Earth, as well as its geological history and orbit, have allowed life to persist during this period. The world is expected to continue supporting life for another 1.5 billion years, after which the rising luminosity of the Sun will eliminate the biosphere.

Earth's outer surface is divided into several rigid segments, or tectonic plates, that gradually migrate across the surface over periods of many millions of years. About 71% of the surface is covered with salt-water oceans, the remainder consisting of continents and islands; liquid water, necessary for all known life, is not known to exist on any other planet's surface. Earth's interior remains active, with a thick layer of relatively solid mantle, a liquid outer core that generates a magnetic field, and a solid iron inner core.

Earth interacts with other objects in outer space, including the Sun and the Moon. At present, Earth orbits the Sun once for every roughly 366.26 times it rotates about its axis. This is a sidereal year, which is equal to 365.26 solar days. The Earth's axis of rotation is tilted 23.4° away from the perpendicular to its orbital plane, producing seasonal variations on the planet's surface with a period of one tropical year (365.24 solar days). Earth's only known natural satellite, the Moon, which began orbiting it about 4.53 billion years ago, provides ocean tides, stabilizes the axial tilt and gradually slows the planet's rotation. Between approximately 4.1 and 3.8 billion years ago, asteroid impacts during the Late Heavy Bombardment caused significant changes to the surface environment.

Both the mineral resources of the planet, as well as the products of the biosphere, contribute resources that are used to support a global human population. The inhabitants are grouped into about 200 independent sovereign states, which interact through diplomacy, travel, trade and military action. Human cultures have developed many views of the planet, including personification as a deity, a belief in a flat Earth or in Earth as the center of the universe, and a modern perspective of the world as an integrated environment that requires stewardship.

save plants

plants life makes the largest contribution for the survival of this eco-system.every thing is depended on plants.so our responsibility is to protect plants for future generation.Plants provide us food, shelter and also clean air too.As consumers animals depend on plants.therefore if This resource is destroyed it would disrupt the whole food chain and
the balance of the environment.

can you imagine a world without forest or wood?, concrete deserts without no any moisture but acid rains?. If all the flora and fauna are devastated....where do innocent birds and squirrels find their homes?
what do they eat ?has man ever thought of that?

But it's very sad to say these greeneries being evacuated from the earth by this ungrateful man for his own selfish ends. For the sake of development industrialization man weeds out the cool soft greenness shortsightedly. Little fishes playing in the great green water are being perished. Enchanting flowers swaying in the gentle  breeze are being withered

Beautiful butterflies can hardly be seen. Don't we steadily move towards the path of destruction? Yet we are bound with sircumstances, how can we be ingratitude to mother nature? "one touch of nature makes the whole world kin" Let's raise our hands, join strong arms as a strong chain. to protect, the plants who save us

save our planet

If we let it to be destroyed it's a great contempt that we show to its creator. It is the most precious gift given to mankind and it is left to us to save it.
Environment is the surrounding where we live.Pollution refers to all the ways by which people dirty the environment. people pollute the environment in various ways. They pollute the air with gases and smoke, poison he water with chemicals and other substances, damage the soil with pesticides and chemical fertilizers. They destroy the natural beauty by scattering rubbish and litter.
Environmental pollutions is one of the serious problems that we face today.Everyone of us contributes to this problem in some way or other. It causes global warming and the destruction of the ozone layer. Humanity cannot survive without air, water and soil. so our responsibility is to make our planet green.
Plants life makes the largest contribution for the survival of this delicate eco-system. Plants not only provide us with food and shelter but clothing and clean air too. For plants are the producers where animals ands consumers, depend on them.Threfore if this green umbrella is destroyed it would disrupt the whole food chain and the balance of the surrounding.
Even the Red Indian Chief Seattle had his arguments with the Great Chief I Washington regarding the value of nature.” We are part of this earth, and it is a part of us. The perfumed flowers are our sisters..... The juices in the meadows, all belong the same family....." How much they were concern about the components of nature.
so pollution can be gradually reduced in several ways. Scientists and engineers through research can invent machinery to lessen the amount of pollution caused by motor vehicles and factories. Already motor cars that run on electricity have been invented in many countries. The environmentalists can play an important role in educating and directing the public to maintain a pollution free environment.
